Law and Order: SVU Season 26 Episode 12 finally did something for Silva!
After Carisi insists on placing charges against a man with intellectual disabilities, the story features the helplessness of most of her team.
Our TV enthusiasts Laura Nowak, Jasmine Blu and Jack Ori debated whether Silva’s performance, whether Benson was There is a little point about Carisi’s behavior, and more.
Benson’s push to Carisi in this situation was too hard because he wanted to prove that he was together after a painful reaction earlier this season?
Laura: This may not be welcome, but I think Benson is annoying here.
She made many deals to buy big fish, so why shouldn’t Carisi? Admittedly, he should listen to Matthew’s case when it comes out, because he never cared about too many numbers.
Jasmine: I would disagree with Laura because Carisi has every nerve I have about it.
It definitely feels like he’s overcompensated and then he doesn’t want to listen to anything or anyone.
Benson is not wrong with how this should be a federal case.
Honestly, it feels like being emotionally disengaged from this case or something, but compared to women, all men are similar.
It rubbed me the wrong way.
I also don’t want to reach an agreement with Dollar Store Bradley Cooper. HMPH.
Jack: Dollar Store Bradley Cooper! That doubled me, jasmine.
I agree with Benson, too. Carisi didn’t make too many decisions, but he insisted on moving forward at full speed without considering all the relevant facts.
I’m also glad that Benson brought Carisi’s trauma. I don’t think this should be swept under the carpet after half an episode. Her lines make me hope Carisi’s traumatic story will be part of the future law and order plot: SVU.
This is Selva’s biggest episode to date! How did she do it?
Laura: I’m really happy to see her more of her, how conflicted she is when she sees Matthew is not a young teenager, but an autistic person.
I wish she could fix this on her own and we have seen more characters grow.
Jasmine: I like to see more of Silva! I kept saying it, but she was so nice when they actually showed her and knew what to do.
They set it up so that she almost looks like a younger version or a new generation of Olivia, and I like the similarities.
I thought she did a great job, even if she had to face everyone’s annoying moments, as if she was too “green” to accept the way things work or become too excited.
I like her sticking to her gun and advocating Matthew.
Jack: I also think Silva is like a young Benson.
Also, as I said in the comments on “Law & Order: SVU Season 26” Episode 12, Benson performed best when mentoring young policemen, so I really liked their dynamics.
I don’t like every policeman telling Silva that she’s just confused because she’s used to homicides.
I’m glad she ignored this nonsense.
Is it worth it to appear Baxter from law and order?
Laura: Not really. Again, I would like to see Silva work with Carisi to remedy this situation.
Jasmine: Narrative, not true. Do I care?
No, because my two favorite Nepo baby icons briefly share the screen, making me giggle and kick.
Tony and Mariska performed well with each other in that brief scene and I ate it with a spoon. I’ll have more.
Jack: I was very disappointed.
Law and Order: SVU has hyped up some facts that aren’t.
Baxter’s appearance is very short.
We didn’t even make his decision on the screen. Benson told everyone that he only agreed to think about it on the screen and that he agreed to give up the case.
I would rather Baxter face his unstable behavior with Carisi on screen. Carisi needs some hard love – In Law & Order, I don’t like him at all: SVU Season 26.
Did Silva agree to come back and play Skyrim with Matthew and risk Maddie Flynn (too involved)?
Laura: I didn’t even think of it. I doubt we will even see him again.
Silva is not Benson. I think it was a sweet moment, she followed him up and noticed that he needed a friend.
Jasmine: I didn’t even think about it. I thought it was a lovely moment and I never thought about being a problem.
Even if she signs in with him once in every blue moon, it won’t be the same as Liv did to Maddie.
Jack: I didn’t think about it until later.
I think that stupid McGrady Flynn’s story will scare me and don’t want to repeat it!
Are other policemen right to say that throwing away Matthew’s case from the beginning would risk losing all cases?
Laura: Not likely. Even the judge saw him in court and was shocked that they sued him.
Compassion is a good thing.
Jasmine: The problem is that once he goes to court, they first bring the case up and if that’s what they’re afraid of, they face similar scrutiny because he’s never been brought in.
I want to go through it, nothing like Bruno encourages Silva (the worm in other situations).
Jack: I understand what you are talking about, jasmine.
I agree with Laura. Matthew’s case is different from other cases.
Other men long for condoms and enter that room. Matthew didn’t know what a condom was and was looking for a friend.
These are not the same thing, and I hope the judge can see if anyone is trying to pull one quickly based on the case where Matthew was left behind.
Nothing mentioned above.
Laura: There is a thin line between treating people with special needs and showing compassion to them when you tell them not to understand.
This topic needs to be represented more on TV. I feel for Matthew and Silva.
Nothing, all these teen-related cases, why don’t we hear or see Noah?
Jasmine:agree. Yes, where is Noah? Strangely, they didn’t even mention him anymore.
Silva is the only character that didn’t make me nervous in this episode. I am proud of her holding on to her gun.
I hate when series is like police sympathy, it may be a weakness, not their greatest strength.
Jack: In this episode, I’m still thinking about Noah. He is about the same age as the child who is targeting online.
You might think that Benson wants to at least check in and make sure he knows not to talk to her first, and not to meet online friends in person.
Jasmine, I’m also annoyed by everyone. For Silva, there seems to be a lot of condescending condescendence.
What is your favorite scene, Quote or Law & Order’s story: SVU Season 26 Episode 12?
Laura: I liked the ending when Silva told Matthew and him that the case was discarded.
Jasmine: I like everything about Silva. She killed this episode!
In this issue, we must see and understand her better. This is the biggest progress they have made with her role, enough to make me want more.
Jack: I also like Silva in Law and Order: SVU Season 26 Episode 12. She hasn’t made full use of this season, which shows.
