The episode is titled “The Familiar Beside You” and we see the backstory of the “teenager” we now know as Billy, including when we first meet him when he breaks into Agatha’s house reason.
Once we catch up, the scene picks up right where it left off last week, with Agatha rising from the mire to face the man she now knows as Billy Maximoff.
She told him that when they first met, she “had a feeling” that Teen was Wanda’s son. She shared that despite the mark, Billy acted “the same way” as his mother, but she didn’t fully believe it until later on in her path as a witch.
Then she calls his name and he realizes that the sigil has been broken. Billy then asks Agatha how she can say his name now, to which Harkness replies, “Now every witch with a beating heart can hear your voice.”
This has Marvel fans everywhere screaming with excitement, hoping this means Wanda, his mother, can now finally hear his voice again! Could it be that this talisman prevented her from hearing his voice all these years? And if she can hear his voice now, does that mean she will come back to reunite with him soon?
This question, and others (like – Where is Tommy Maximoff aka “Speed”?) have us eager to watch the final three episodes Agatha has always. Episode 7 will be released on Wednesday, October 23; Episodes 8 and 9 will be available on Disney+ on October 30.
