Mike Flanagan,director “Doctor Sleep”, “The Haunting of Hill House”and midnight massrecommends a new horror movie currently streaming on Shudder.
The name of this movie is Strange thingsthis is a film by Damian McCarthy (warn). It currently has a 95% positive rating on Rotten Tomatoes. This is a movie I will be watching soon!
Hailed as one of the scariest movies of the year, Flanagan shared his praise for the film on Letteredbox, saying:

The story follows a character named Dani who is murdered and her blind occult twin sister Darcy hunts down the perpetrator using an inherited haunted object as a tool of revenge.
Synopsis: “When Dani and her husband, Ted, are brutally murdered in the remote country house they were renovating, everyone suspects a patient at the local mental health facility, where Ted is a doctor.
“However, the suspect was found dead soon after. A year later, Ted and his new girlfriend Yana were unexpectedly visited by Danny’s blind twin sister Darcy, a self-proclaimed psychic and collector of cursed objects.
Convinced there’s more to her sister’s murder than was known, Darcy brings the most dangerous items from her cursed collection to aid in her revenge.
