The Machinery Licensing Collective (The MLC), the entity that collects machinery royalties in the United States, announced that it has distributed nearly $2.5 billion in royalties since it began operating three and a half years ago.

Additionally, MLC announced two new appointments and one re-appointment to its Board of Directors, which is comprised of songwriter and music publisher representatives.
