Anthem Entertainment expands its portfolio with the acquisition of the song catalog of Nashville-based platinum-selling songwriter Matt Alderman.
Anthem said on Tuesday (November 19) that it also signed a publishing agreement with Alderman.
Since rising to fame in 2017, Alderman has written hit songs for numerous artists. Jack Owenbillboard hot country songs Good company.
The acquired catalog includes several platinum-selling singles that topped the charts. Tracks include Dylan Scottof no one, Ranked No. 1 on the Mediabase country rankings; Mitchell TenpennyIs platinum certified the truth about you;and Dylan Smithof Can’t have mine (find you a girl), It dominates the Mediabase country charts and Billboard’s U.S. country airplay chart.
Over the course of his career, Alderman has collaborated with many chart-topping artists, including Jordan Davis, Cole Swindell, Lee Brice, Brett Young, Dustin Lynch, Dylan Scott, and granger smith.

This acquisition is consistent with Anthem Entertainment’s policy of supporting and investing in music talent. About a week ago, the Toronto-based indie label secured a catalog of multi-platinum urban artists Darrellexpanding its Latin music portfolio.
Other recent investments include the acquisition of the hit catalog by the three-time Juno and Grammy Award-winning, multi-platinum-selling singer-songwriter Chantal Kreviaczuk January and its investments Timbaland and Gary Marella– Create a beat market Rhythm Club. Anthem also acquired publishing rights to Timbaland’s catalog.
Anthem operates in multiple locations, including Toronto, Nashville, New York and Los Angeles. In 2019, it changed its name to Anthem Entertainment Outlet media management.
