In addition to the regular awards including Best Picture, Best Director, Actor and Actress, special independent awards are presented to individuals and organizations that have made significant contributions to the art of film, including producers, directors, actors, writers , critics, historians, film restorers and service organizations.
The winners will be celebrated in New York in January.
