surprise! Téa Leoni (Madam Secretary) has joined the cast of Hulu’s The Only Murder in the Building Season 5, sources close to production confirmed to Deadline.
Leoni appeared in the final minutes of the season four finale as Sofia Caccimelio, Nicky “The Neck” Caccimelio ‘s wife, Nicky “The Neck” Caccimelio, is a missing person with ties to the Caputo crime family mentioned in episode 9 of the season.
“I think she’s a highlight at the end of the finale and a fun prelude,” co-creator John Hoffman told Deadline. “She’s an extension of the little news report Mabel noticed in the hospital in Episode 9. [Sofia] She’s the wife of a Brooklyn dry cleaning king, and maybe there are a few more dry cleaners in Manhattan that we might find out about.
