Paul Trueman Already joined believe that Britain as its New Artist Services Director, also Joe Edwards already Appointed as Head of Marketing.
Both senior executives bring extensive experience from previous roles within the company startwho helped cultivate numerous artists.
Trueman joins Believe where he served as Chief Operating Officer United Nations: Hurd MusicHe served as General Manager of AWAL for ten years. During his time at AWAL, he led global teams in marketing, audience development, digital accounts and promotions, working with the following artists: Little Simz, Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds, Lauv, and girl in red.
In his new role, Trueman will oversee Believe UK’s artist services department, managing A&R, new business, commercial strategy and global marketing activities. He will report directly to Alex KennedyTrust UK Managing Director.

at the same time, Joe EdwardsPreviously served as senior marketing director at AWAL and has been appointed as head of marketing, reporting to Trueman. Edwards’ track record includes conducting marketing campaigns for artists such as Jungle, Djo, Bombay Cycling Club, Balming Tiger, SBTRKT, and Joseph.
Edwards will report to Trueman.
The appointments coincide with Believe UK’s recent expansion and relocation to Kings Place in London’s King’s Cross cultural district, close to Google, Facebook and Universal Music. The company’s UK workforce includes people from TuneCore, nuclear explosion, and Centric Publishing Companythe number of employees increased from 77 to 90.
The new leadership team will help expand Believe UK’s existing roster, which includes Artists such as Blanco, Novo Amor, Craig David, Ms. Banks, Hella, and girl. The company has hinted that several new signings will be announced soon.
