The fourth episode Penguin It’s all about more backstory. We learn how the Falcones use Arkham to solve the mystery of Sofia. We also discover how cold-blooded Carmine really is. We get a glimpse into what turned Oz against Sofia, and why he threw her under the metaphorical bus.

Last week’s episode landed Sophia and Oz in deep trouble. Vic saves Oz, but Penguin turns his allies over to Mrs. Moroni. Sophia bangs her head and asks Dr. Rush for help.
Cue her taking a walk down memory lane.
It was an unpleasant journey.

Sophia predicted that once she was placed in Arkham, “I’m going to die there.” In essence, she did. Falcone’s daughter has lost the part of her life that existed before she was convicted of “the executioner”.
Sofia was marked by her father Carmine to take over the family business before committing the cardinal sin of speaking to the media. After meeting Summer Gleeson, she quickly learns: her mother did not commit suicide, but her father frequently murdered women. She has also fallen out of favor.
The last event was facilitated by Ozzy.
Untie
After another prisoner attacks Sophia, she gets a chance for revenge. She also received regular shock treatment. For ten years, everyone worked together to push this woman to the brink.

Rush rescues Sophia. After talking to her previous doctor, she realized she really needed a fresh start. She also realizes that men have been cheating on her her entire life. Including her former driver. It’s best for Oz to keep a low profile, Falcone’s immediate family is about to be significantly reduced.
Before completely pruning the Falcone family tree, Sofia reminds them that she actually loves them.
Summarize
At the end of the show, Falcone’s new boss takes over. Penguin continues to entertain and adds new tricks every week. Oz may well be the star of the series, but Sofia Falcone just became his nemesis.
