Please note that performers can now only win once per year and a show can only be represented by two winners per year. No performer or performance is exempt, so please think carefully when nominating. You must complete a submission form for each nominee you submit. Click next until you see the submit button
You may only submit this file once and each entry on the form must be for a different performer. Please do not send multiple forms or vote for the same performer more than once or all of your nominations will be disqualified. You may be asked to log in before filling out the form so that you can go back and edit your nomination later if you wish, i.e. after discussions with other fans, you wish to change the episode number for the performer you nominated.
Enter an episode number of up to 3 or 4 digits, separating the season and episode with a dot.
example: 1.06 (Season 1=1, Episode 6=06), 23.12 (Season 23 = 23, Episode 12 = 12).
The most nominated actresses and actors will be voted on to determine this month’s Readers’ Choice Performer. After you nominate, please take a moment to discuss your nominee with others using the comments section. A nominee’s episode count is critical, so discuss with others why you think the performer deserves to be recognized for a certain performance. The episode you select must have aired during the month of nomination. Otherwise, your nomination will be disqualified.
