Throughout 2024, Quavo has been demonstrating his versatility as an artist.
“Georgia Ways” arrives on Friday (December 6), with the trio paying homage to their Peach State roots. Accompanying the release are outdoor-themed visuals, which see Quavo, Luke and Teddy rumble through the countryside and take part in various activities.
“Magic City, tell a country boy what the hell that means,” Brian curiously asked Quavo about the famous ATL rocker, initiating the clip while tossing the rod into the pond.
“Down in the South, we dance, Dawgs/Waffle House, drink alcohol on Mondays/Lemon Pepper, how about the Magic City?” Huncho raps on the track.
Quavo, wearing camouflage and Chrome Hearts pants, went fishing, drove around in his four-wheel drive, headed to the barn with Brian, then invited Swims to join him. The Grammy-nominated “Losing Control” artist donned a cowboy hat and performed on the bed of a pickup truck.
“Georgia/Where I’m at, baby, let me hear you say/Georgia/A-Town on that old red dirt,” Swims sings.
“Georgia Ways” originally debuted at last week’s University of Georgia football game against Georgia Tech, which Quavo was also in attendance. The SEC Championship Game will also highlight a video segment during the conference championship game, which will air live on ESPN on Saturday (Dec. 7).
It’s been a busy year for the Migos rapper, who may have another solo project in the works in 2025. He has collaborated with Lenny Kavitz, Yeat, Giggs, The Kid Laroi and others.
