After a brief hiatus, HI-Surf Season 1 Episode 7 looks like a busy time filled with rescues (duh!) and plenty of personal drama.
So, here’s a typical time slot for Fox’s latest hit show!
TV Fanatic has a sneak peek at the latest hour-long episode, which features a newlywed couple being swept away by the tide and Em running for the beach.
If you thought the couple might have had a nifty little move in the water, bathing suits and all, you’d be wrong.
When Em arrived at the scene, she saw the couple dressed, which was very nice but a little strange because they were so far away from the water.
She’ll definitely need Will and Raka’s help in this rescue!
After The Rescue: Hi Surf Season 1 Episode 6, we’ll have to see if Sonny has returned to work after taking a brief break during Rocky’s death.
Sunny is missing from this call, but since Em is second in command, she may be filling in for him again. Or he could have taken some time off to deal with the grief of Zion’s death.
We’ll have to see how it ends for Sonny, but he’s been teetering on the edge of danger for a long time. Now might be the time for him to get ready to seek help.
Elsewhere in HI-Surf Season 1 Episode 7, the personal drama reaches a hundred, with Sheena and Kainaru looking to set some boundaries in their shared home, and Will having to ask Em Reveal some news.
Sheena and Kainaru didn’t live together for long.
Still, it’s long overdue for them to talk to their roommates about expectations, common courtesy, and how to make each other’s living spaces comfortable.
There’s a will/won’t-you dynamic between the two that has been tampered with lately, but as Kainaru grows further apart from his father, you have to wonder if these two will start to find each other. More in common.
They are polar opposites, but if given time to get to know each other better, something might start brewing between them.
Things are still brewing between Julie and Em, as Will’s fiancée lets him know that she doesn’t want Em to attend the wedding, and Will must break the news to his ex-lover.
On the surface, not inviting your partner’s ex to your wedding makes sense, but Will and Em aren’t your typical exes.
Whether Julie likes it or not, they are colleagues and remain very good friends.
Now, Em may have never planned on attending Will’s wedding, but she’d still be uncomfortable with the snub, especially when it’s likely that many of their mutual friends will be in attendance.
Laka was one of the friends who would eventually date Jenn, a caregiver.
He’s had a crush on her since Surf Season 1 Episode 1, so it’ll be interesting to see how they get along after get off work!
Things continue to heat up on the North Shore and we’ll be back to recap it all for you!
But while you wait, check out the sneak peek below and tell us what you’re looking forward to seeing in this episode in the comments!
