    Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross challenger Sunday (January 5). “Elmar” comes from emilia perez Won the Best Original Song Award. The song was written by Clement Ducol, Camille and Jacques Audiard. The awards were presented at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, California, and were televised on CBS.

    This is the third time Reznor and Rose have won Best Original Score, following social network (2011) and soul (With Jon Batiste, 2021). This ties the Nine Inch Nails member with Justin Hurwitz as the only three-time Best Original Score winner at the Golden Globes this century. Hurwitz wins la la land, first person and Babylon.

    Other nominees for Best Original Score are Volker Bertelmann (secret meeting), Daniel Bloomberg (fauvism), Chris Bowles (wild robot), Clemente Ducol and Camille (emilia perez) and Hans Zimmer (Dune: Part 2).

    The award was presented by Elton John and Brandi Carlile, one of the co-writers of “It’s Never Too Late.” Elton John: It’s never too late. The song was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Original Song, but was not nominated for a Golden Globe. Before presenting the award, John mentioned his vision issues and assured viewers that his vision issues were not as bad as reported, before making a joke and calling his co-host Rihanna.

    All these scores except Dune: Part 2 Shortlisted for the Oscar for Best Original Score. Dune: Part 2 was ruled ineligible by the Academy because it relied too much on Zimmer’s Oscar-winning score dune. The 20 Oscar nominees for soundtracks were announced on December 17.

    “El Mal” is the first Golden Globe-winning song co-written by a film director (Jacques Audiard) since “Masterpiece.” us 2012. The earlier Golden Globe-winning song “You Light Up My Life” comes from the movie of the same name and was written solely by the film’s director Joe Brooks. The ballad won an Academy Award in 1978.

    To win best original song, “El Mal” beat another song emilia perez“Mi Camino” (written by Ducol and Camille) and “Beautiful That Way” the last showgirl (Andrew Wyatt, Miley Cyrus and Lykke Zachrisson), “Compression/Suppression” challenger (Trent Reznor, Atticus Ross and Luca Guadagnino), “Forbidden Road” better person (Robbie Williams, Freddie Wexler and Sasha Skaback) and “Kiss the Sky” wild robot (Authors: Delacey, Jordan K. Johnson, Stefan Johnson, Maren Morris, Michael Pollack, and Ali Tamposi).

    All but two songs were shortlisted for the Oscar for Best Original Song. “Beautiful That Way” did not make the shortlist of 15 songs for the Oscars. “Forbidden Road” initially did, but was removed from the shortlist after similarities were discovered with the 51-year-old movie song “I Got a Name.” the last american hero. The song was a Billboard Hot 100 top ten hit by the late Jim Croce and was co-written by Charles Fox, a music director on behalf of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences’ Board of Governors. One of three members of the department.

    Ludwig Göransson, winner of last year’s Golden Globe Award for Best Original Score Oppenheimerwent on to win an Oscar in that category, as did the last three Golden Globe winners for Best Original Song, namely “No Time to Die” (written by Billie Eilish and Finneas), “Naatu Naatu” from the James Bond film of the same name “from deposit reserve ratio (by MM Keeravani and Chandrabose) and “What was I born for?” from Barbie (Also written by Eilish and Finneas).

    The Golden Globes are produced by Dick Clark Productions, a division of Penske Media. PMC is also the parent company of Billboard.
