This is a game-by-play review of Rookie Season 7 Episode 10 titled “The Chaos Agent.”
Bailey and Nolan meet Celina at a restaurant so she can introduce them to the new guy she’s dating. He is a musician and Nolan recognizes that he is the lead singer of “Dad Police.”
A nurse helps James and Nera get home. James is still having difficulties walking and has a long healing process in front of him. The children live with Nira’s parents.
He wanted to take some time to talk directly to Nyla, but she said she had too much to do. She sat with him and they shared a moment with him leaning against her shoulder.
Nolan is angry because Celina dates musicians and shares it with Bradford and Chen. Chen thought it was interesting.
Smitty tells them they have an emergency and tells them there are raccoons in the station. Myers also showed up, saying he had some experience in trapping animals.
Bradford took on the raccoon task, Chen told him to be friendly and capture it with a humane attitude, and Bradford told him to do whatever it takes to get rid of it.
Celina’s boyfriend stopped at the station to report the crime, saying someone broke into his studio and stole the instrument and sprayed “death” six times on the wall.
Nolan bumps into them, but Celina’s boyfriend is still not amused.
Gray told Lucy and Nolan that the three girls were stabbed in the park. They head to the hospital, Bailey was the one who brought all the girls in.
One of the girls’ grace is critical, while the others are not. Two of the girls said this was a man wearing a mask.
Celina wants to know if her boyfriend has enemies. She admits Nolan doesn’t like him, so she wonders if anyone would feel that way. He showed her a video about him singing songs about firefighters, girls scouts and postmans. Essentially, the list can be long.
The head of the correction facility told Gray that there was a riot and that the station needed to accommodate some prisoners until it could be controlled. Gray told Bradford that they learned that both men and women had 13.
When they checked who was on duty and who could come in, a system error occurred on all computers, suggesting a hacker attack. They heard that the software update has removed the police computers of the entire website.
Prisoners join the bus, and Bradford and grey shelves are all made of chaos. The bus had no AC power, so the prisoner was excited. There is no list who is who is because they use the QR code and because the computer is stopped, it cannot be scanned.
Correctional officers had a heart attack in front of their eyes, while prisoners began to get loud and shaking the bus.
Celina left her boyfriend there and reported to Gray to assist the prisoner, he pulled out his guitar and prepared to play a new tune.
They found that some of them were tattoo-based gangs that they could not pair them or pair with female prisoners.
Some of them are already interested in Celina.
Nolan and Chen catch up with Luna’s victim Ava, who was stabbed. She spent the night with her friend Charlotte and their friend Grace. She wasn’t sure who might have been watching them all the time, and she explained a man who came out of the tree with a knife and began to yell and stab the grace.
Seth also showed up at the hospital because they pulled everyone in. She assigned him to Babysit Ava. He longs to introduce himself to the girl and tell her she is there to protect her.
Grace and Ava’s parents fought each other in the waiting room, accusing each other of ending up in the hospital. Nolan and Chen spread it and separated them.
Angela appears to provide Chen with the latest news about the attacker wearing gloves but finding the knife.
They learned that Ava’s mom and Grace’s father had dated each other and there was some bad blood between them.
They are in jail and must figure out some of them out of the way. They have to get photos and fingerprints to see if people know others.
Miles ends up chasing the raccoon in the locker room, but Smitty is frightened when he tracks Miles to help Selena.
One of the girls narrates what happened again, but Angela tells them to leave the room to talk to Lucy and Nolan. She shared that one of the girls’ wounds was not defensive, they cut themselves from wielding their knife. She may be the one who stabs Grace.
James still wants to talk to Nira, but doesn’t want to be because she wants a fair fight. He presented a photo of a known fugitive.
Bradford sent her photos, she identified some of them, and James reluctantly helped her as Lamar Hill, with someone participating in the armed robbery.
They have AVA for interrogation, but it’s a good route. They did not formally detain her, and Wesley outlined that they could and could not speak to her around, especially without a lawyer or her father.
They documented the two girls being questioned. Their stories are exactly the same. They both said they were trying to help, and that was how they were stabbed.
They both recite the exact same thing word by word. After telling everything, Ava asked her father once she was there.
Their stories seem to be rehearsed, and Wesley, Gray and Angela all agree with that.
Chen told Seth that the girl might be responsible for it, and he was surprised.
He bumped into one of the oncologists who used to treat him. He said he had to change the oncologist due to the change in insurance and got a new name. He told the oncologist that his cancer was back and he didn’t call her due to insurance issues and her tough schedule.
Chen asked Luna about another oncologist Luna met about Seth. Luna shared that doctors are dirty and have a high reputation, so if Seth goes to anyone to lie, it is him. Luna also shared that their health insurance covers almost everyone, so that’s not a problem.
Lucy is also run by Bradford. Bradford told her that the rookie was not entitled to medical privacy and said she could donate blood on Seth to confirm his story.
Celina’s boyfriend wrote a song about prisoners while walking around, which drove one of the crazy people so much that they attacked him. He had to go to the hospital.
The lights and power supply went out, and that was because the raccoon did something with the wires.
Smitty takes one of the prisoners to the bathroom, but the prisoner attacks him, steals the gun, and takes off.
They identified the prisoner as Kevin Payne, who placed other prisoners and people in the hospital. He is a violent criminal.
Bradford and Miles look for Kevin. Kevin sees Bradford and Kevin is about to shoot him when the raccoon makes noise. He shoots on raccoons and Bradford shoots Kevin. Miles cuffs him.
They searched the girl’s laptop and learned that they consulted them with the “devil” and they told them to bring out grace.
This is some type of computer program. Zuzu. They talked about it, and the program was able to identify Nolan and recite information about who he was, where he came from and his past as a contractor. It even mentioned that he is married to Bailey and that her birthday is coming and he should make her a gift.
They asked about the plan with the girl, and he said Grace was a bully and needed to be dealt with.
Wesley and Angela went to see Charlotte and read her right. She finally said what really happened, which was chilling.
Chen, along with Gray and Bradford, called Seth to enter the exam room. Gray told him he lied about multiple things and they needed to clarify the cancer. They told him to obey the blood draw and if he refused, if he had no cancer, he would be fired immediately.
Seth fought against it, claiming that he had rights and could not lose his right to be a policeman. He refused to draw blood and threatened to prosecute. Gray relieved his duties. He gave it to everything.
The nurse returned to James and was with James, and Nira was in tears and seemed to be struggling.
Miles tries to capture the raccoon, but somehow gets locked in a police car. Celina appears, and it’s easy to get raccoons into the crate. Bradford celebrated this, leaving behind a “teachable moment” in the car.
Nolan gave Bailey a perfect gift and she loved it. As she walked away, Zuzu texted Nolan, asking him if Bailey liked the gift.
