Vampire Slayer Buffy is making a comeback.

“We laughed, we cried, but for the most part we talked about what the show meant to us,” she recalled.
The 47-year-old said she was shocked to agree to continue the conversation as she had to return to the series without a doubt.
“Eventually, one day, we landed on an idea.” Sarah confirmed when she talked about why she was reluctant to restart the franchise again.
“I’ve been listening to fans and hearing your desire to re-examine Buffy and her world, but unless I’m sure we’re going to do it right, that’s not something I can do.”
Restart rarely works, but Sarah is determined to make it right
This is encouraging, as reboots rarely have a huge impact. After one or two seasons, many were cancelled because fans didn’t like the new show.
It was refreshing to know that Sarah was more worried about what the new story could do with the show, as many executives went back to the rogue and brought back the show without the involvement of the original cast.
