Sony Music GSA recently underwent a leadership shake-up, with former boss Patrick Mushatsi-Kareba leaving the company and being replaced by Christoph Behm.
A 13-year veteran of Sony Music GSA, Bem promoted to Sony Music GSA CEOeffective September 1, 2024, most recently served as Senior Vice President, Commercial Sector, GSA Corporation.
Now, just a month into his new role, Bem is enacting sweeping changes to the business that will see Sony Music’s GSA Records join three new “premier A-list label groups,” including Arriola Label Groupthis Colombia Label Group,as well as RCA label group.
In addition, Sony Music GSA will now be overseen by a newly formed GSA management team.
Bem The changes were revealed in an internal note obtained by MBW today (October 3). The changes “will lead to more cross-collaboration, more sharing of creative ideas and a more strategic approach,” he wrote.

Fred Boutahar (Two Sides) and Bastian Ständer (Colombia) will report directly to Daniel.
Elsewhere, Epic (Germany), RCA (Germany), Nitron and Gold League will now be in the new league RCA Label Group supervisor Fit Kratthe has been promoted to senior vice president of RCA Label Group.
