Don Manciniof Chucky After three entertaining seasons, the series has been canceled by SyFy and USA Network. The news comes four months after the Season 3 finale aired.
Mancini plans to continue the show for a fourth season and is looking forward to continuing the show. He has previously stated that he is already preparing a fourth season, saying “it’s something I really enjoy doing.”
This sparked the #RenewChucky campaign, with fans showing their support for the fourth season. As you might imagine, Mancini was heartbroken.
“It breaks my heart to learn that ‘Chucky’ will not be returning for a fourth season, but I am so grateful for the three wonderful years we had together,” he said in a statement.
“I want to thank UCP/Syfy/Peacock/Eat the Cat, our amazing cast and crew in Toronto (the best in the industry), and finally, a big bloody hug to our amazing fans.
“Your incredible #RenewChucky campaign truly warmed Chucky’s cold heart. Chucky will come back! He always comes back.
While we won’t be seeing a fourth season, I guess we haven’t seen the last of Chucky yet. This killer doll will never die! I’m sure Mancini will make another movie for the fans in a few years. A few months ago, Mancini did say, “I’m actually in the early stages of working on a new Chucky movie as well.”
ChuckyThe show follows the murders of the notorious Killer Doll. Chucky will encounter old enemies, old allies, and new prey as he inspires fear and chaos wherever he goes.
