Formed in 2010 and going on hiatus in 2016, One Direction largely predates today’s youth’s primary experience with pop music, yet their influence on the genre remains steady. Payne’s family is heartbroken. His peers in the music industry are grieving the loss of a dear friend. Parents reading this, especially the younger generation who are in their prime as 1D, may be feeling heavy. Kids online may have seen the news, or they may have noticed your sadness, and they may ask questions. If, like most of us, you’re not in Miami right now, you can still catch up on the show with your family. There may be some fans live streaming the show tonight. In the modern era, this happens in a smaller, quieter way within the fandom when an artist goes on tour, but since The Eras tours began, it’s become less discreet. Usually just a quick search on TikTok or YouTube will bring up a stream when Swift launches, which should be around 8pm ET this weekend. My kid won’t deal with bad singers, and her sarcastic comments about out-of-tune anchors made me laugh so hard, but she will sit down and listen to the night’s surprise song with me.

Watch “Pradeep in Pittsburgh”
pradipus of pittsburgh is a new show on Prime Video and you can watch it for free if you have an Amazon Prime membership. It’s a streaming series that could easily be a primetime family comedy on a standard network. The comedy stars Naveen Andrews and Sindhu Vee as parents, Sahana Srinivasan, Arjun Sriram and Starring Ashwin Sakthivel as their child, the story about the culture shock of an Indian family immigrating to the United States is a concept in which the screenwriters easily find humor.
But it’s the absurdity of the family’s particular situation, and the way the story is told – framed by an interrogation and centered around flashbacks of the Pradeep family – that makes it uniquely interesting. Press play on the first episode, and the first thing you see is a family of five sitting across a table from an investigator who is questioning them about a fire that broke out at their next-door neighbor’s house. It’s a combination of a family comedy and a detective story.
After watching four episodes in a row, I stopped myself from watching this series in one sitting. Each episode is only half an hour long, and while it’s not the kind of show that requires deep thought, the show moves along quickly. Having a fun 30-minute option is great for when you want something to watch but it’s late, or you don’t want to indulge in a TV binge. Adult topics (teenagers talking about sex, drugs being mentioned in high school) are handled in a comedic way, but the topic is best suited for older kids.

For families who like to play games with kids of all ages, Nintendo’s version of New Mario is a pretty safe bet. a new one mario party Release is even better. Super Mario Party Carnival Just released on October 17th.
If you’re looking for a relaxing weekend at home with the family, now is the perfect time to pick up a copy (you can find it at your local Target). I’m putting it off, but by Christmas it will be ours. mario partyLittle games that are fun for all ages and spark a sense of competition in everyone except my preschoolers. He doesn’t play video games and doesn’t really know what he’s doing, but likes to hold his own game controller and yell at the TV like he’s a part of it.
Super Mario Party Carnival is a multiplayer game with two game modes, the mini-game mentioned earlier and a longer game similar to a board game video game. new Mario Party Bash There are 110 mini-games and 7 boards, so there’s plenty of choice, and you can choose from 22 different playable characters. My kids are very young, so we don’t use the online features of video games, but this game has two Nintendo Switch online modes, and the room can accommodate up to 20 players.

Watch Billie Eilish perform on ‘SNL’
Ariana Grande ruled last weekend saturday night livethis weekend we have Billie Eilish as our musical guest. She’ll be hitting up SNL on Saturday night (October 19), while heading to New York City’s iconic Madison Square Garden this week for her Hit Me Hard and Soft Tour. Fingers crossed that Ellish will be in a sketch or two, even though she’s not hosting the show this time. Enjoy her and Kate McKinnon’s classic “hotel commercial” sketch, which also features a cameo from Finneas.
“Birds of a Feather” is her current single, so it’s safe to assume it will be one of the songs she performs on the album saturday night live stage. Made for pop radio, this song is the best sing-along track from her latest album and is catchy and sweet enough for all ages to enjoy. Clips of her performance will be posted online soon after it airs, but you can also watch the full performance on TV via Peacock without cable.
