We’re still a few months away from Season 6 of The Handmaid’s Tale.
But through some sneak peek photos and new 2025 highlights from Hulu and Disney+, we’ve got a new look at the dystopian drama’s final act.
The show is expected to return in the spring, but a specific release date has not yet been announced.
Luckily, if you’re a subscriber to the Disney+/Hulu bundle, you’ll have plenty of entertainment options for the year ahead.
Hiss Scroll also provided an initial look:
Bears Season 4, Andor Season 2, Goosebumps Season 2 and Percy Jackson and the Olympians Season 2.
And there are many new Also performing on the road!
We have Alien: Earth from Fargo creator Noah Hawley and Chad Powell, a football comedy starring Glen Powell.
There’s also the highly anticipated TV series “All American” (starring Ellen Pompeo) and “Paradise” (starring “This Is Us” favorite Sterling K. Brown).
It wouldn’t be a Disney+ reveal without a few Marvel projects.
This time, it’s Daredevil: Rebirth and Ironheart. While both shows are highly anticipated among certain demographics, it’s the return of The Handmaiden that’s garnering the most attention today.
This is the final season of the politically charged thriller based on Margaret Atwood’s iconic novel.
Elizabeth Moss will once again take the lead, alongside Samira Wiley, Ann Dowd, Joseph Fiennes, Yvonne Strahovski, Bradley Whitford De stars alongside Max Minghella.
This is a show that has been in production since 2016, and it has long since said goodbye to its source material.
Despite the long hiatus between seasons, enthusiasm for the show remains as high as ever.
Bears took the opposite approach, teasing a fourth season just months after its third season ended.
The third season of “Bear” failed to attract critics and audiences in the same way as its first two installments.
This may not bode well for the show’s fourth (and likely final) season, as the two seasons were filmed at the same time.
Despite this, the show remains one of the few “prestige” series to be truly popular with viewers. So despite the disappointing third course, fans are still eager to see what dessert Cami will whip up.
