TheUsed are marking their 25th anniversary with a global tour, in which the band will perform their first three albums –second hand (2002), in love and death (2004), and lies for liars (2007) – performed in full on three consecutive nights in each city.
The tour will span North America, the UK and Australia, giving fans the chance to revisit the early 2000s post-hardcore songs that shaped a generation.
Frontman Bert McCracken, who recently debuted his debut solo album under robbietheused, said of the milestone moment for the band and their fans: “Overwhelmed! It was just before Three records made The Use famous.

Bassist Jepha also expressed the same sentiment and expressed his gratitude to the fans who have supported the band over the years. “We feel so lucky and humbled that we have been able to be a part of something bigger than ourselves over the past 25 years. Drummer Dan Whitesides shared, “We can’t wait to play all the songs from the first three albums, they mean as much to us as we know they mean to so many people.”
TheUsed’s career has been defined by commercial and critical success. their debut album second hand In 2002, it reached No. 63 on the Billboard 200, and its follow-up works, in love and deathclimbing to No. 6 in 2004, included “Take It Away” (which peaked at No. 13 on the US Alternative Chart) and “All That I’ve Got” (which peaked at No. 1 on the US Alternative Chart 19) and other hit singles.
2007, lies for liars The debut album peaked at No. 5, driven by songs such as “Pretty Handsome Awkward” (which peaked at No. 37 on the US Alternative Chart). The debut album has been certified platinum.
Starting in April, the rock band will hit nine North American cities – Detroit, Boston, Sayreville, New York, Chicago, Denver, Salt Lake City, Los Angeles and San Diego – performing for three consecutive nights at each location.
The Australian leg of the tour will kick off in Brisbane on August 13, 2025, before heading to Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth. The band will perform 15 shows in these five Australian cities, with three consecutive nights in each city. Tickets will go on pre-sale at 8:30am local time on December 11th, and will go on sale officially at 8:30am local time on December 13th. During every three nights of the show, The Use will perform one of their first three albums in its entirety, allowing fans to experience these iconic records in their entirety.
