trailer for holiday comedy breakup season has been released, which explores this awkward dynamic. it stars The Walking Dead actor Chandler Riggsand Samantha Isler, James Urbaniak, Brooke Hogan, Carly Stewartand Jacob Wysocki. Its screenwriter and director are H.Nelson Tracy in his feature film debut.
Plot synopsis: Unemployed but ambitious 24-year-old Ben Russell (played by Chandler Riggs) brings his girlfriend Cassie (played by Samantha Isler) to his hometown in rural Oregon to meet his family and Celebrate Christmas.
“The arrival process is rocky. Family dynamics reveal the internal conflict between Cassie and Ben. The night they arrive, a late-night argument turns into a breakup.
“Cassie decided to go home for Christmas…but due to the remote location, raging snowstorms and busy holiday travel, she couldn’t leave.
“Cassie is now with her new ex and his entire family until the end of Christmas.”
This looks like a sweet, original movie. I’ve enjoyed following Riggs’ career since he left The Walking DeadI really like the projects he chose.
