    TuneCore, the independent publishing company owned by Believe, has released the second edition of its “TuneCore Accelerator Report,” which reveals new statistics about the company’s TuneCore accelerator platform.

    TuneCore’s Accelerator platform consists of four development parts that the company says are “specifically tailored to serve artists at different stages of their careers.”

    During the same period, TuneCore claimed 1 out of 12 Artists within the TuneCore Accelerator moved to higher segment levels and, on average, “more than doubled their monthly royalty income compared to the first half of 2023.”

    TuneCore also claims that its Accelerator program is “driving triple-digit growth in front-line releases and back catalogs.”

    According to the company: “TuneCore Accelerator’s catalog optimization tools help significantly increase the value and exposure of artists’ catalog releases, with tracks released over 18 months prior to inclusion in the program accumulating an average of 338% Traffic increased in the first half of 2024 compared to the baseline average prior to inclusion in the program”.



    TuneCore’s report also highlights how accelerators are driving regional streaming growth for independent artists.

    The report shows that in the first half of 2024, the growth rate of U.S. streaming media will be 33% Tracks in TuneCore Accelerator compared to the same period in 2023.
