West and Halsey (whose real name is Ashley Frangipan) previously worked together in the film MaXXXine, in which Halsey played Tubby Martin.
Unfortunately, we don’t have any story details to share about the project, but it has apparently been in development at Amazon for some time.
Mark Friedman (Severance pay, assignment from elsewhere) is responsible for executive producing and serving as the show’s producer. Anthony LeeHalsey’s manager, also executive produces. Amazon-MGM Pictures will produce.
