This weekend, audiences flocked to theaters to watch John Chuof evil and Ridley Scottof Gladiator IIThanks to these movies, the pre-Thanksgiving weekend box office hit an 11-year high.
evil It tells the story of how the green-skinned Elphaba became the Wicked Witch of the West ( Cynthia Erivo), and Glinda the Witch’s trajectory to become known as the Good Witch (ariana grande ).
The two met as students at Heath University in the fantastic Wizard of Oz and formed a seemingly unlikely but deep friendship. After meeting the Wizard of Oz, their friendship reaches a crossroads and their lives take completely different paths.
Glinda’s unwavering desire to be popular leads her to the temptations of power, while Elphaba’s determination to stay true to herself and those around her will have unexpected and shocking consequences for her future.
Their extraordinary adventures in Oz will ultimately lead to the fulfillment of their destiny as the Good Glinda and the Wicked Witch of the West.
