With AI at the heart of its production process, Aagey Se Right AI Studio is exploring how technology and filmmaking craft can come together to create more ambitious films.

    New Update

From beauty and banking to lifestyle and consumer brands, Aagey Se Right AI Studio has been utilising AI to produce films across categories — building everything from stylised product worlds and fashion-led films to character-driven narratives and social-first content.

But for ASR AI Studio, AI is not the end product. It is one part of a larger filmmaking process.

Today, the studio combines AI tools with creative direction, filmmaking, compositing, sound design and post-production to create films that aren’t just AI-generated, but AI-produced.

    The distinction is important.

The studio doesn’t approach AI as a single tool or simply as a faster way to make a shot. Instead, different models and techniques are used to solve different production challenges — from generating and maintaining visual consistency to creating movement, compositing elements, designing sound and refining the final film.

That combination of AI and filmmaking expertise is what allows ASR AI Studio to take an idea from prompt to production, rather than stopping at generation.

A recent project for Gates Foundation India is a particularly strong example of what that looks like when the brief gets technically demanding.

The Golden Hour: Aagey Se Right’s AI Film for Gates Foundation India

For Breastfeeding Awareness Week, Gates Foundation India wanted to highlight the importance of the first hour after birth – the golden hour when initiating breastfeeding can have significant benefits for both mother and baby.

The challenge was to make people understand the urgency of this window without making another conventional awareness film. The creative answer was to make time itself the protagonist.

The film shows people with clocks instead of heads, with the time ticking through the film and the moment the mother feeds her newborn, the clock returns to a normal human face.

A simple idea with an immediate message: Time is ticking. Don’t miss the golden hour.

But making that idea work as an AI film required considerable control over the smallest details.

    Where the Production Gets Challenging

The team needed to generate realistic newborn babies, maintain a consistent clock design across different faces and scenes, and ensure that the time displayed on each clock remained consistent throughout the film.

Then came the most sensitive part of the production: the breastfeeding sequence.

The mother and baby had to interact naturally. The baby’s latching action needed to look believable. And the imagery had to communicate breastfeeding clearly while remaining intimate, respectful and completely non-vulgar.

These aren’t problems that can be solved by simply finding the right prompt.

They require an understanding of how different AI models behave, where they perform best, and how their outputs can be controlled and refined. The ASR team worked through multiple generations and iterations, combining model outputs with compositing and post-production to maintain the visual continuity and emotional authenticity of the film.

    Building the Film Beyond AI

The same philosophy extended to the sound design.

While AI played a central role in the visual production, the music was composed and produced in a real studio.

The decision was intentional. AI isn’t about replacing every part of filmmaking. It is about expanding the production toolkit and knowing where technology can add value – and where human craft remains the right choice.

That balance is central to how ASR AI Studio approaches AI production.

Setting a New Standard for AI Film Production

The Gates Foundation India film is one example of the kind of work emerging from ASR AI Studio. What sets the studio apart is its approach to AI as a serious production discipline, rather than simply another creative novelty.

With every project, the studio is pushing the medium further, testing what the latest models can do, while bringing the rigour of real filmmaking to the process.

At Aagey Se Right AI Studio, the next generation of film production is already in production.
