The Sault Film Festival Creative Hub is launching a 12-week screenwriting class for writers of all experience levels.
The program is designed to help new and aspiring writers develop their ideas, learn the basics of screenwriting, and begin creating their own scripts. No previous experience is required.
Classes will take place every Tuesday, beginning Sept. 8, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Sault Film Festival Creative Hub, located at 40 Queen Street East in Sault Ste. Marie.
“Many people have a story they would love to tell but may not know how to begin turning it into a screenplay,” said Rebeka Herron, vice president of the Sault Film Festival. “This class will create a welcoming environment where writers can explore their ideas, learn the fundamentals of the craft, and gain the confidence to continue developing their work.”
