This social-based film festival involves the community in the community vetting process to provide appreciation for the works of the finalists.
Deputy Program Director of the Bakti Pendidikan Djarum Foundation, Felicia Hanitio, revealed that the competition between the finalists was tight. In fact, the jury board got a tie score before finally deciding on a joint winner.

Felicia assessed that the quality of the works of young filmmakers this year showed their high curiosity in raising social issues around them. He hopes that this creativity will continue to be developed as part of the formation of character and leadership of the younger generation.
“The characteristic is that young people who feel that they want to know a lot, and then they dig and finally work to raise the perspective they learn. This is one of the things we see that must be raised more among the younger generation,” he said.
On the other hand, Head of Program Campaign for Good, Ahmad Aziz, appreciated the high participation of the public in the festival.
“We thank all the people of Indonesia. There are 38 provinces that participate and more than 7,000 people who watch the films of the finalist friends,” said Ahmad.
Carrying the theme of community empowerment, this year’s festival also presents an artificial intelligence (AI) based film category. According to Ahmad, the presence of this category provides space for creators to explore technology in producing works.
“This year we also have an AI category. It is one of the tools that friends can use to work. Hopefully the work that has been displayed can inspire us all and more people will be moved after watching it,” he said.
