Ye (born Kanye West) is being sued by a former assistant, accusing the rapper of drugging and sexually assaulting her during a studio session he co-hosted with Diddy.
Lauren Pisciotta, the former assistant who filed the new lawsuit, sued Ye in June, accusing him of sexual harassment, breach of contract and wrongful termination; Ye’s legal representatives in June denied the lawsuit’s allegations.
According to TMZ, the revised court documents were filed in California on October 8 and were first obtained by TMZ. hollywood reporterwho contacted Ye’s representatives for comment.
Pisciotta, who has worked for Ye for a year, claimed in an October filing that she and an unnamed artist management client were invited to one of Combs’s studio sessions.
“She and others in attendance were offered drinks and then announced that if everyone wanted to stay, they would have to drink,” she said.
“After the studio assistant took several sips of the drink, which was then handed to her by Kanye West aka Ye, at the direction of Kanye West aka Ye, plaintiff suddenly began to feel disoriented,” the lawsuit states. Pisciotta claims she was roofed over. Pisciotta said she woke up feeling “tremendous shame and embarrassment” but could barely remember what had happened.
She claimed that years later, Ye mentioned the events of that night to her, telling her that they “did kind of hook up a little bit,” and that he provided details of what happened.
Pisciotta, an OnlyFans model, first worked for Mr. Ye as an administrative assistant and later as his company’s chief of staff.
Sean “Diddy” Combs is named in the revised case filing as the co-host of the studio event the night of the alleged incident. However, Pisciotta did not bring any charges against him.
Diddy was arrested on September 16 on sex trafficking and racketeering charges and is being held in a Brooklyn jail awaiting trial.
