Projective has announced its participation in IBC2026 at stand 7.D12 in Hall 7, from 11–14 September 2026 at RAI Amsterdam.

At this year’s show, Projective will showcase new additions to its production asset management solution, Strawberry. Engineered to eliminate the cost and complexity of modern post-production, the upcoming innovations are designed to transform how teams find content, unify distributed operations and launch complete cloud production environments in hours rather than weeks.

“Post-production is under real pressure. Budgets are tighter, deadlines are shorter and teams are smaller than they were two years ago,” said Derek Barrilleaux, CEO of Projective.

“What rarely gets said out loud is that the biggest cost isn’t hardware or headcount; it’s chaos. Every hour spent hunting for a clip, every duplicated asset and every stalled approval is margin leaking out of the business. Our customers are reclaiming up to 20 hours per user, per week, by removing that operational waste.

“At IBC2026, we’re not just showing new tools. We’re showing teams how to do more with less and scale with confidence.”

Innovation That Changes How Post-Production Teams Work

Projective is unveiling three major innovations designed to eliminate operational complexity and streamline post-production workflows:

AI-Powered Visual Search with Shot Detection: Building on the platform’s advanced media intelligence capabilities, this feature automatically detects shots across footage, allowing editors to jump directly to the exact frame they need rather than spending hours scrubbing through material.

Combined with contextual, descriptive search, teams can locate precise clips within seconds, even across vast content libraries, eliminating the need for time-consuming manual tagging or guesswork.

Single Pane of Glass for Multisite Management: As post-production increasingly spans multiple locations and infrastructures, managing separate Strawberry instances individually adds operational overhead and risk.

The new unified interface centralises control, allowing teams to monitor and manage every instance across cloud, on-premises, disaster recovery, archive and remote physical locations from one comprehensive view. Disconnected systems and locations become federated and centrally managed, providing greater operational control.

Strawberry Skies Starter Bundle: A fully hosted, all-in-one cloud post-production platform priced at €2,000 per month. Tailored specifically for smaller teams and temporary productions, the bundle integrates project and asset management, active and archive storage, AI-powered search and transcription, and native review and approval into a single subscription.

With no servers to install and no hardware to maintain, teams can be operational within hours and scale later without disrupting their existing set-up.

These solutions reflect Projective’s continued focus on transforming fragmented, manual workflows into structured, scalable operations that can withstand real production conditions.

“Each of these innovations solves a problem our users live with every day,” said Marco Stahl, Product Owner and Co-Founder of Projective.

“Visual search solves the perennial problem of finding untagged rushes. With their entire untagged content pool now discoverable, editors can find and reuse clips much more quickly. The single pane of glass gives engineers one place to manage a distributed environment, whether it’s cloud, on-premises or both.

“The Skies Starter Bundle packages everything a growing team needs into one subscription that can be deployed within hours. We built these tools to make the platform smarter, faster and far easier to operate at scale.”

IBC attendees are invited to visit Projective at stand 7.D12 in Hall 7. Visitors can book a meeting in advance to see live demonstrations of the full range of solutions at https://projective.io/schedule-a-meeting/.
