Stuti Ramachandra has expanded her role as Head of Production and Post Production at Prime Video and Amazon MGM Studios to cover the APAC and ANZ regions, in addition to India. Her expanded remit includes Japan, Southeast Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
Ramachandra announced the development in a LinkedIn post, saying she is looking forward to working across markets with diverse audiences, creative ecosystems and cultural perspectives.
She joined Prime Video and Amazon MGM Studios in February 2024 as Director and Head of Production & Post Production for International Originals, India, overseeing scripted, unscripted and film productions.
In August 2026, she took on the expanded position of Director and Head of Production & Post Production, International Originals, APAC, ANZ & India.
Before joining Amazon, Ramachandra spent nearly nine years with Excel Entertainment as an Executive Producer. During her tenure, she was responsible for the execution of feature film productions, including budgeting, hiring teams, physical production, post-production and final delivery. Her credits include Karthik Calling Karthik, Fukrey Returns, Gully Boy, Toofaan and Yudhra.
