It’s been over a year since the 23rd Adobe Summit where Adobe Firefly was introduced as a unique platform at the cornerstone of ‘creativity + marketing + AI’. And it’s been exactly a year since Adobe rolled out Image Model 5, the latest AI model powering Adobe Firefly. In that time, Firefly has only expanded to offer more features, compatibility with more partner models, and improved outputs across their ever-expanding catalogue of AI tools.
Adobe has been busy continuing to innovate in the generative AI space, so much so that Firefly can now be used to produce myriad outputs, ranging from generated graphics and images, to video expansions, and even text to voice AI for things like voiceovers, audio mixing, podcasts, and more.

What is Adobe Firefly?
Adobe Firefly is Adobe’s AI-infused creative toolkit, designed to act as a ‘one stop shop’ for all things generative and creative AI for both casual and commercial users. Through the Adobe Firefly platform, users can access a wide library of generative AI tools and applications, ranging from image and art generators, to video generators, audio generators, and even AI photo and video editing tools through integration with Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and other tools across Adobe’s Creative Cloud suite.
Speaking of integration with other Adobe tools, Adobe Firefly’s features can also be accessed eitherr desktop and mobile apps, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Express. Simply put, whenever you’re using AI-powered tools within the Adobe ecosystem, you’re using Adobe Firefly
