A new report claims that Marvel Studios is developing a Scarlet Witch solo movie. It was reported about a year ago that Wanda Vision and Agatha has always producer and writer, Jacques Schaeferintends to write and direct the film.

Today, we learned from Production Weekly that Schaefer is still at least a writer on the project, and he’s working with Megan McDonald (captain marvel).

The last time we saw Scarlet Witch was in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madnesswhen multiverse carnage is seen taking place. She appears to die at the end of the movie by destroying every copy of the Dark Fortress and placing a mountain on top of herself.

I’m guessing the next time we see her she’ll be in the Vision series, and whatever happens in that show could lead to her solo movie, but that’s just speculation on my part.

Elizabeth Olson She recently stated that she was happy to return to playing the character again, saying, “I love coming back to this character when there’s a way to use her well, and I think I was lucky that when I started, I was good with it.

“I think people didn’t know what to do with me for a second… If there’s a good way to use her, I’m always happy to come back.”

The comments came after several interviews in which she said she was ready to move on and was fine with no longer playing the character. With this change of tone we’re now seeing, it’s likely that Marvel will be reaching out to her to return as they already have plans in place to continue her story.
